12 is alone up in the watch tower, regretting that she let 5 leave with 9. 15 comes up just then and apologizes to her for all of the nasty things 8 said to her during their argument in "Truth and Fear." [link]
12 is a bit impatient and insensitive at first, but then she sees how upset 15 is and feels bad for her; she's also feeling upset about her lover right now. The two more or less make amends and 15 asks where 6 is so she can apologize to him about 8 too. She wants 12 to go with her because she figures she'll never be able to get near 6 unless she has one of his friends with her.
